From approved design to working website
We build the approved design in code, including how layouts, menus and interactions behave on smaller screens. You review a working site before it goes live.
Our marketing websites use Astro. For application features such as a portal or dashboard, we use Next.js. We agree the functionality and technology before development starts.

Repeated layouts and one-off pages are different work. Ten pages using a few shared layouts are a different build from ten distinct experiences. Writing new content, moving an existing site, animation and interactive tools also change the work involved.
A booking system or portal adds more than a button. We need to understand the steps, the information it handles and the systems it connects to. If you need a content editor, we agree what you'll be able to update.
Selling online adds another set of requirements. We scope commerce separately around the catalogue, checkout, migration and store operations. AI Enhanced is for simpler sites, without advanced integrations or customer flows.

We work through your goals, customers and offer, then research the market and recommend the pages, content and functionality. You review the direction before we move into design.

Copy and design
We write the agreed pages from your information and source material. For a Custom Website, we review the homepage design with you first, then the remaining pages. AI Enhanced presents the complete design together.

Development and review
You review a working site on a private staging link. We check responsive behaviour, performance and the agreed functions, then work through your feedback. Launch checks include the site's technical readiness for search engines.

Launch and handover
After final checks, your approval and final payment, we launch. We complete the agreed handover and confirm who is looking after hosting, maintenance and future updates.
What happens after the website goes live
You own the approved new materials after full payment, subject to the agreement's treatment of SOL's reusable underlying materials and third-party services.
We agree the access, editing tools and handover you need. Source files, repositories and ongoing support follow the scope you've accepted.
SOL can manage hosting and maintenance after launch. That is separately selected, or included as the website-management component of an accepted SEO or Google Ads Management service.
